We ship to most countries and regions worldwide, bringing our curated clothing, women’s apparel, and dresses to customers across the globe. Note: We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or restricted territories.

  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery in 3-7 business days after processing, available for an additional fee—ideal if you need your dress, women’s apparel, or clothing item sooner for a special occasion.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates only. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, peak seasons (e.g., holidays), or customs processing (for international orders). We are not liable for delays caused by factors outside of our control, but we will notify you via email if there are any significant delays.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will send a Shipping Confirmation email to the address you provided during checkout. 6. Handling & Packaging

Our clothing, women’s apparel, and dresses are wrapped in protective tissue paper and placed in sturdy boxes to avoid wrinkles, stains, or damage during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the damage for prompt assistance.

7. Shipping Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us at artdealrchic@outlook.com as soon as possible. We can only modify the address if your order has not yet been processed or shipped. Once shipped, we cannot change the address, and you may need to contact the carrier directly for assistance.

8. International Shipping

For international orders, customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by their country’s government. These fees are not included in the shipping cost and will be collected by the carrier upon delivery. We are not responsible for delays due to customs processing or additional fees, as these are outside of our control.
